Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for end-user computing infrastructure and services in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of EUC technicians, administrators, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of desktop, laptop, and mobile device environments, including operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.Software Administration: Manage software applications and licenses utilized by end-users, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations by implementing appropriate controls and security measures across end-user computing environments.Incident and Problem Management: Coordinate the resolution of end-user computing incidents and problems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation as needed to minimize impact on business operations.User Support: Provide escalated technical support to end-users for complex issues that cannot be resolved by front-line support teams, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for EUC-related products and services, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and vendor oversight.Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging EUC technologies and trends, making recommendations for adoption or enhancement to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to end-user computing infrastructure and services, and provide training to end-users and support staff as needed.
